Emotional Health & Resilience Nurses - Weekly Drop In Sessions

 

Free drop in sessions with the Emotional Resilience nurses. Confidential advice and guidance to support young people aged 5 - 19. Parents can discuss any worries or issues they may have. See below for more info.

Making Changes Together | Support For Carers  

 

Zoom coffee mornings / evenings for Parents & Carers of young people ages 0-25 with an additional need. Hosted by Making Changes Together and SENDIASS. From 25th June Gillian Fortune from Feel Good CIC will be joining all coffee events. She will be giving great tips on how carers can cope.
