Music

Marvellous Music

The year 4's were very excited to have their first Brass lesson of the school year on Friday.  We had fun clap, stamp and tap out rhythms, and sang their names to help Miss Leggit get to know the children. The children even got start playing the instruments and moved onto play along to their first song. Very remarkable for their first lesson. The children were incredible!

Sing it out!

The Year 6's have a singing session every Friday afternoon. They learn a variety of songs and skills to be able to sing clearer and more confidently. Most of all it's so much fun!

In a recent lesson they tested their vocal cords with some old folk songs. The children managed to sing in three parts - it was amazing and such a fantastic effort!
