Geography

We promote spiritual development in Geography by:

 

  • Developing a fascination of the world around them.  
  • Opportunities to study population and globalisation so children can reflect on their own beliefs and others, and the impact a global world has on these. (British Values:  Mutual Respect and Tolerance)  
  • Developing curiosity, imagination and creativity e.g. Self reflection:  
  • Children encouraged to think about their own views and share their own experiences and to listen to others and to understand why different people may have different views to their own. (British Values: Democracy Individual liberty)
