When you call school Mrs. Harrison or Mrs. Raine will take your call. The school office will be able to help with a range of enquiries including, but not limited to:


  • Event information
  • School Uniform orders
  • School day timings and routines
  • School holiday dates
  • Paper copies of any information on our website / App
  • Updating your child's personal information held by school e.g. your change of telephone number
  • Copies of school policies
  • Messages to teaching staff regarding your child 
  • Booking appointments with staff
  • ParentPay


If you wish to discuss your child's special educational needs or disabilities you can book an appointment with the class teacher or our SENDCo Mrs Lakey (pictured below).


Should your child need medication, or have had medical treatment that school needs to be aware of, you should make an appointment to see our First Aid Lead, Miss Fahey (pictured below), who is also in charge of medications in school.  


Should you wish to feedback to our Headteacher things that are going well or in the unlikely event that you should have a complaint to make about us, please contact school by either calling 01325 300236 and making an appointment to speak to Mrs Wilkinson. We have a School App and send out regular messages on here. To download the school app you need to:

  1. Open the App Store / Play Store
  2. Search for St Francis Church of England Junior
  3. Click on the App containing our school logo
  4. Once downloaded - enable notifications
  5. So we can register you against your child - click on the padlock on the top right hand corner. Enter your mobile number. This should link your device with your child's records in school. 
  6. If you have any problems, please contact the School.
