  • Teaching children about religious festivals, Tour de France, le 1 er mai, le jour de souvenir, les cloches volantes. (British Value: Mutual Respect and Tolerance)
  • Developing knowledge of French-speaking countries.
  • Understanding French lifestyle and comparing it to their own. (British Value: Mutual respect and Tolerance)
  • Different religions in France, Francophone world - different ethnic groups - Mardi Gras. Equality - French Revolution, Simone de Beauvoir - gender rights. (British Value:  Democracy)
