  • Jet and Ben visit to remind us to stay safe

Mon 06 Jul 2015 Layla and Demi

This morning a female police officer came in to tell us about what we should do in an bad situation. When Claire had finished talking to us she brought Jet and Ben in (the police dogs). Jet and Ben are very well behaved and are also  very cute.

We have learned how to stay safe during school breaks this helps us not to get into any trouble. Jet is 5 and Ben is 6 this means they are more mature dogs.                                           By Demi-Leigh and Layla Neal

  • Elizabeth finds out...

    Sun 05 Jul 2015 JRW
St Francis' pupil Elizabeth Timmiss received a very important letter this week - from none other than Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace!!! Elizabeth wrote to the queen as part of a literacy project because she wanted to know more about her day to day life and whether she was ever bored with what she has to do. Elizabeth received a letter from one of Her Majesties Ladies in Waiting explaining what the queen does on a daily basis - and included information about the corgis!! Elizabeth is shown in the picture below with her letter and leaflets. Well done!!!
