Matthew 5: 14-16

 “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

What does this mean for our Yellow House Team?

• It means that God wants us all to live in happiness.
• If we shine our light we will be noticed.
• Never let anyone extinguish the light.
• Shine your light brighter, to help others shine their light too.
• Let others guide us towards harmony.

How can we let this guide our House Team?

• Show resilience will help us to shine our light.
• Donate money and raise awareness for other global issues to help us to shine our light.
• Show love towards other to help us and others shine their light.
• Listen and respect others to help us shine our light.
• Working collaboratively to help us shine our light and others to see their light too.
• Helping others to show forgiveness and kindness on the days where it is tricky to shine our light, so that we can help others to shine their light.
